This policy describes how we handle your personal data and use cookies on the project-x11.cz website. We take your privacy seriously and process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

2. What data we process

• Data from the inquiry form: full name, phone number, e-mail and message text.
• Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and data about your visit and behaviour on the website (via cookies and measurement tools).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Handling your inquiry and communicating with you — legal basis: pre-contractual steps and the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Traffic measurement and marketing (analytics and advertising) — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie bar, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies and measurement tools

• Necessary (functional) cookies — required for the basic operation of the website; processed without consent.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) for traffic measurement.
• Marketing cookies — Google Ads for measuring advertising performance and remarketing.

The website uses Google Consent Mode v2: no analytics or marketing cookies are stored until you give consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" button in the bottom-left corner of the page.

5. Recipients and processors

The following processors may have access to the data:

• Google Ireland Ltd. — analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads).
• The server hosting provider on which the website runs.
• An internal notification service for new inquiries (e.g. Telegram).

We do not pass the data to other third parties for their commercial purposes. Some providers (Google) may process data outside the EU (USA), based on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention period

We retain inquiry data for the period necessary to handle your request and subsequently for the duration of our legitimate interest, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact. Cookies have their own validity period depending on their type.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@klik-home.cz.
